These terms govern your use of Demique, operated by Oberon Labs. By using it you agree to them.

Your content

You own what you record and make. You give us the permission needed to store, process and (when you create a share link) serve it. Only record screens, people and audio you have the right to record, and don't share content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

Plans and payments

Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our Merchant of Record, and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period. You can request a refund within 14 days of a payment; requests are reviewed case by case.

Availability

We work to keep Demique available and your data safe, but provide it “as is”. Keep your own copies of important exports.
