Frequently asked questions

How accurate are AI captions?

Usually very accurate for clear speech. Names, product terms and strong background noise can cause mistakes, so review captions before publishing; every word is editable.

What languages are supported?

AI captions support many languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi and Arabic. You can let it detect the language automatically.

Is my audio used to train AI?

No. Only the audio is sent for transcription, never the video, and it isn't used to train AI models.

Can I export subtitles as an SRT file?

Yes. Download SRT or VTT files from the Captions tab or the export dialog.
